Passport applications are being taken if one of the following constellation applies:
- Applicants whose passport will expire within the next 3 months from the date of booking or whose passport has not expired for more than 5 years
- Applicants who are in imminent need for a new passport in order to renew a residence/ work/ study permit
- Applicants who wish to apply for a first-time passport for a minor child
- Applicants who received a certificate of German nationality or a certificate of naturalization and wish to apply for their first passport
In the field of other consular matters, the following services can be booked:

- Authorizations of signature
- Applications for naturalization under condition that personal attendance is required
