Adoption of a By-Law allowing the German Society to postpone its Annual Members’ Meeting
Taking care of our families and keeping our distance to protect others are the main priority these days. That is why on March 30, 2020, the Board of Directors the Society unanimously passed a new by-law exceptionally allowing the Society to hold its Annual Members’ Meeting after May 31, 2020.
Due to the current restrictions, holding the Members’ Meeting currently is not possible at this time. This would be in conflict with the requirements of section 5.1 of By-Law N°1 of the society.
