Reporting to the Director of International Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day management and delivery of digital marketing plans. Your role involves strategic planning, enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic and acquiring leads.

As the Digital Marketing Manager for Germany, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and markets to support building brand awareness and converting your market sales. You will join a young and passionate international marketing team in a highly entrepreneurial and fast-paced organization. Your role…

  • Perform market research and competitor analysis;
  • Plan an annual marketing budget and monitor marketing spend accordingly;
  • Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns (i.e. e-mails, landing page and social media to support product launches, sales promotions, event announcement, etc.);
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Search console;
  • Manage local social media channels, taking into account retailer and distributor sales objectives;
  • Develop local influencer marketing strategy and execution;
  • Implement PPC strategies to grow brand awareness and conversions, including Google Search, Display, YouTube and Facebook paid marketing campaigns;
  • Grow and leverage local e-mail marketing channels using CRM tools such as Klaviyo, MailChimp and HubSpot;
  • Manage content on WordPress and Shopify;
  • Coordinate non-digital marketing activities in the assigned market, including in-store shop fits, events and public relations;
  • Partner with other departments across the company, including sales and marketing teams, as well as external stakeholders such as retailers and distributors.

What we’re looking for…

  • University degree in business, marketing, e-commerce or related field;
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts and experience working with transactional and non-transactional websites;
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills needed;
  • Knowledge of Google, Facebook and YouTube advertising platforms (Google and Facebook certifications are a strong asset);
  • Excellent level in German is necessary to communicate with international clients and external partners
  • Adaptable, self-reliant, solution-oriented and strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and dynamic environment.

Experience:

  • 3+ years experience in some combination of e-commerce, social media and paid digital marketing;
  • B2C marketing experience is an asset;
  • Experience living in or working in international markets (an asset).
